Project Overview

We designed and implemented a centralized multi-store Retail POS & Inventory system for a national retail brand. By migrating legacy local databases to a robust AWS RDS instances with secure APIs, we enabled real-time inventory tracking, decreasing stock discrepancies by 98% and simplifying their end-of-month reconciliation process from days to seconds.
